1. How do you print your t-shirts?
Our shirts are printed via DTG (direct to garment) utilizing the innovative and eco-friendly NeoPigment™ process Kornit machines, which are the gold standard in the industry.

2. Did you create that product just for me?
Yes, we did! Every one of our products are printed on demand when we receive your order. It's the new way to do business and avoid overprinting designs that won't ever sell. Consider it our small way of saving the environment!

3. How do I know my shirt will fit me?
Prior to ordering, check our sizing chart to note the measurements of the t-shirt you are purchasing. Our shirts are printed on high-quality blanks from American Apparel, District, District, and Gildan. 

4. Which products are printed on both sides?
Great question! First of all, t-shirts are printed on the front only unless otherwise stated. Other items that are printed on one side include fleece blankets, wall hanging tapestries, posters, cutting boards, phone cases, beach towels, canvases, stickers, flags, mouse pads, pet beds, pillow covers, shower curtains, and yoga mats. All over print shirts and tank tops are printed on the front only, and the back is white. The items that are printed on both sides include tote bags, accessory pouches, dog bowls, and mugs. 

5. How long until I receive my order?
During off-peak months orders are processed within 5-6 business days and ready for shipping. During peak seasonal months, orders are processed within 9-12 business days and ready for shipping. 

6. Where do you ship?
We only ship to addresses within the United States. 

7. Can I return my order?
Because every item we sell is custom-printed just for you, we do not offer refunds for any reason including the need for a smaller or larger size.

8. What if my item is defective or damaged?
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be printed incorrectly or damaged prior to arrival. It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in the original packaging, and you must contact us within 10 days after delivery. Please contact customerservice@8tracklifestyle.com, and we'll need a photo of the defective or damaged product.
